Cut and Wrap Services

    Book Your Appointment

    You book an appointment with us using our Cut and Wrap Request Form, or calling us at 250-567-8571.

    Drop off Meat

    You drop off your carcass or meat on your appointment date, we help you fill out your paperwork, including cutting instructions.

    Pick up Meat

    You receive a text or email invoice with your pick up date, and stop by the market shop to take your meat home!

Processing

Notes to Farmers:

  • Vanderhoof Fall Fair - September 10 is dedicated to 4H animal processing

  • Sept 10 - Nov 1 - Dedicated to hunting season

  • 10 day hangtime for beef

  • Animals must be picked up within 2 days of being notified

  • Call us to learn more about SRM requirements on OTM beef

  • Be sure to have a ‘Form 3’ at drop off

  • $25.00/day per animal

  • $25.00/day after day 3 of no show

Notes to Hunters:

  • No Tag - No Service

  • Call before arrival to ensure we have hook space

  • 3-5 day hangtime 

  • Animal drop off time is between 7am -7pm – 7 days a week (Sept 10 - Nov 1)

  • Animals must be picked up within 2 days of being notified

  • Checkout our skinning pole service below
